I just moved and around here they don’t have n e good classes, i wanted get a dvd that will be instructional, and step by step for beginner.
I would like to know what different features are available and where I can get the best deal. I want to make sure that it can be programmed to record from tv and that it is easy to access particular shows after they have been recorded. I also want to be able to copy dvds, if possible, with the one dvd recorder. (I know with vcrs you needed 2) Trying to find something for a good deal. No more than $100 for sure. Any ideas?

I am looking to buy a dvd player for my parents and they purchase d a wide screen tv so when you play dvds or watch tv it tends to stretch out the picture. Is there a dvd player that takes this into account or does it matter?
I am fairly good at figuring out the computer, but the whole DVD burning has me stumped. I tried burn4free dvd and it looked pretty complicated to me. I need something that is for a beginner, with simple instructions. I don’t know how to figure out speed or anything like that. I looked through some of the resolved questions and I don’t want a link to a tutorial. I would like suggestions on user-friendly software (whatever the price). I want to burn DVD’s of friends and family slideshows. I would also like to be able to put a movie or two on my ipod. Thanks for any suggestions!
I have windows XP and I’m using Windows Movie Maker at the moment until I find better software for making slideshows.
Would I have a DVD burner program and not know it? I didn’t see it under the Change/delete programs or in my start up>all programs listing. Could it be buried somewhere?
My bf has been playing the drums for years but he always plays the same beats over and over. He asked me to get him a learn how to drum dvd for his birthday…..does anyone have any good ideas?
I have something recorded in my camcorder in the mini dvd. I want to send it to my family in Spain through the computer and I have no idea how to do it. My husband says we have to do something first in the camera to be able to watch it in a dvd or to send it. I have the instructions but I ge buffled everytime I read it. I don’t have a clue as how to burn movies or what kind of software i need. Do i use Roxio? I don’t know anything about Roxio or any dvd software I would greatly appreciate it if someone who knows alot about this can help me.
I’ve been seeing these HD DVD Upconversion players all over the place and are ALOT cheaper than an HD DVD player. What’s the difference? I own an HD compatible TV. Does that have anything to do with it?
