I’m in the market for a new dvd player, and I want to be able to play dvds from any region code. Where would I look to see if a dvd player has multiregional capabilities? Is it some sort of symbol?

Also, if you know of a dvd player that has multiregional capabilites, please let me know!

I don’t have the manual for either but on the side of my computer it says DVD R/RW and i have a sony dvd player that doesn’t say anything about it on it.

I recently bought a DVD with a scratched inner ring , it can play on the DVD player but not on my computer(possibly because the seller did not trust his customers – suspecting they would make copies). I go on My Computer, and it is not even detected. How may I solve this problem?

I am trying to hook up my dvd player to my dvd recorder and I can’t get it to work! I already tried hooking the dvd player “out” to the recorder “in” and the recorder “out” to the tv’s “in” but when I push play on the dvd player and record on the dvd player, it says “no signal”. Please help! I’m getting so frustrated!

Ok I’m trying to record old home videos to dvd. I’m using a Panasonic DMR-ES30V which can record vhs to dvd. The manuel is lost, and Operating Instuctions from the website will not pull up on this computer.

Anyway, I recorded the video on the dvd, but the process is not finalized. What do I do to complete the formating process. I would like to be able to view the video from other dvd players.

If you know tell me what you did or you can get it off the website. First person who tells me the right answer gets the points.

Or ones with speacil edition just to b sure is the speacil edition extra or longer parts of movie added?
